I Get Error (64) in My Application

Scenario
Charging stops, the LED turns red, and I receive error (64) in my Nexxtmove application.

• Possible Cause
  The internal RCM in your Home device is activated. Residual current has been detected by the Home device.
  • Solution
    Contact your installer to inspect your installation.
• Possible Cause
  The internal RCM in your Home unit is faulty.
  • Solution
    Contact your installer to replace the RCM in your Home device.
