The smart charging cable must always be connected via Bluetooth or via Sigfox in order to be able to transfer (recorded) charging sessions to the NexxtMove platform. If your cable has been offline for a while or has not established a connection, it may have aggregated several charging sessions into 1 large charging session, a 'high consumption'. Consequently, the consumption visible on Nexxtmove, grouping the individual charging sessions, will not correspond to the charging sessions that appear on the application of your car for example.
Also, if your cable hasn't been connected for a while, you may not receive a refund for a particular month. This can of course be resolved retroactively. Once your cable is connected, charging sessions will be transmitted to NexxtMove and can be billed and refunded the following month.
