Depending on the operating system of your smartphone (Android or Apple), a pop-up window may appear when downloading the NexxtMove application with a code that you will need to copy and enter manually. With Android, this normally happens automatically.
If you are still unable to add the cable to your smartphone, we recommend that you first close the application and restart it.
App still not working?
- Remove it from your smartphone and download it again.
- Check your smartphone's Bluetooth settings.
- In the list of all devices connected to Bluetooth, you will see the smart charging cable under the reference: NMBLCK.
- Remove the device from your smartphone. At Apple: click on 'delete the application'. On Android: click on 'forget the application'.
- Download the app again.
- Follow this process until you have successfully added the smart charging cable to your smartphone.
