Scenario
The charging session is not starting. The LED on your Home device remains green when you plug it into your car and initiate charging.
Note: Ensure that your Home device is always updated with the latest firmware. For firmware updates, refer to the documentation, page 40, "Updating the Software."

Your device is set to private mode and requires authentication to start charging.- Solution
Open your application and initiate the charging session through the button. If you are experiencing a Bluetooth issue, consult the "Bluetooth Pairing Solutions" section. If you need assistance with configuration, see "Configuration, page 18," and "Daily Use, page 18."

Your network topology is three-phase without a neutral wire (3x230V), and you are trying to charge a Plug-In Hybrid (PHEV).- Solution
Some PHEVs can only be single-phase charged and will not charge when the charger is wired as two-phase. Contact your installer to change the network topology to single-phase and modify the configuration on your Home device via the app to single-phase.

The Renault Zoé can only be charged on a network with a physical neutral conductor. Contact your installer to install an isolation transformer.

The Peugeot e208 is configured by default to charge on a network with a physical neutral conductor. Contact your Peugeot dealer to configure your car to charge on a network without a physical neutral conductor.

The Porsche Taycan does not charge in two-phase mode. Contact your installer to wire your Home as single-phase, and the installer must configure it as single-phase using the installer app.
