Can I charge at charging stations not displayed in the charging station app?

If you want to charge at a charging station that is not displayed in the charging station app, we cannot guarantee that the Stroohm charging card will work at this charging station. Since the Stroohm charging card has broad coverage, it is likely that other charging cards may not work as well.

If the charging station is not visible, there is a possibility that the charging station is not open to all cards. In that case, you will not be able to charge with any charging card (unless it's within your own company and you use a single system). You can always try, but if your battery is nearly empty, we recommend you locate a charging station that is listed in the app.
