To open or close your user gates, you need to submit a request. The P1 and S1 gates are always activated or deactivated together.
Important when calling Fluvius at 078 35 35 34: the details of your request must match your contract with your energy provider.
So, it's a good idea to have a recent electricity bill on hand. This way, you can submit your request with the correct information. We also need your national registration number to verify your identity. So, please have your ID card ready.
Please note: it may take up to 72 hours for a new digital meter to be registered in our system. If your digital meter was recently installed, it's best to wait a few days before activating your user gates.
